Job summary

Actylis is seeking a Production Officer in India to plan workers' schedules, estimate costs and prepare budgets to meet deadlines. You will oversee daily production activities, ensure GMP compliance, and coordinate with stores for material issuance and calibration of instruments.

The role requires 1–3 years experience in chemical manufacturing, knowledge of BMR, SAP, calibration processes, and strong team leadership to maintain safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• BMR knowledge and documentation practices are required.
• Calibration procedures for equipment must be understood and applied.
• Strong technical documentation skills are expected.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Degrees: B.SC, M.SC, BE CHEMICAL with 1–3 years in production is expected.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Issuance and record of raw material from stores as per BMR
• To carry out the cleaning procedure of all the equipment and production plant as per SOP
• Responsible for material reconciliation.
• Raw material and packing material management as per requirement of production plan.
• Ensure timely calibration of all production instruments.
• Maintain departmental records required as per GMP
• Maintaining Usage and Cleaning logbook of all equipment of Production area.
• Ensure the production department is following all necessary safety precautions while performing tasks.
• Responsible for creating work environment of “teamwork" in production department.
• Responsible for maintaining effective housekeeping in production department
• Plan and assign daily job duties to workers.
• Follow EHS and HR policies of the Organization
• To provide Training to workers and operators
• Responsibility of Manage manpower and working planning in shift duties.
