Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (B.Sc or M.Sc) is required.
• 3-6 years of experience in production/chemical industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper housekeeping across the plant area.
• Identify and minimize hazardous conditions to maintain a safe workplace.
• Arrange and manage raw materials and packing materials as per operational requirements.
• Monitor and maintain process parameters in accordance with SOPs.
• Maintain and update all required documentation accurately.
• Maintain data entry in Excel sheets.
• Operate and control plant operations and processes with full adherence to safety standards.
• Ensure proper handover of shift activities and pending jobs to the next shift.
• Provide guidance to newcomers regarding plant-related activities and KEVA culture.
• Conduct proper training for helpers and newcomers to ensure they work safely.
• Manage and supervise material movement and the safe handling of hazardous effluents.
• Perform data entry of assigned products in the Usefactor system.
• Work towards achieving the targets set by management within defined timelines.
• Ensure plant equipment safety and promote overall personnel safety.
