Job summary

BVR People Consulting in Goa is seeking an Operation Executive to manage batch production in the plant. You will follow SOPs and SOPs/WIs, ensuring safe and efficient operations while maintaining records and housekeeping. Compliance with HSEQ standards is essential.

The role requires a B.Sc in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering and knowledge of DCS operations, with about 1–6 years of experience in a chemical production environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering is required.
• Knowledge of DCS operations is essential for process control and monitoring.
• At least 2 years of experience as a trainee in AI production within a chemical plant or automated chemical plant is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the plant as per Manufacturing Procedures and SOPs to meet production schedules.
• Maintain HSEQ standards and perform housekeeping and log updates.
• Raise incidents/deviations to Shift Leader and coordinate maintenance within safety guidelines.

Checktherawmaterialtobeusedforbatchandensurethatphysicalconditions,batch

number,labelsandquantitiesareasrequired.

Executegoodhousekeepingintheplant.

Updatelogsheets/checklists.

Raiseanyincidents/deviationstoShiftleader.

• CoordinatemaintenanceactivitiesasperpermitandHSEstandards
  Coordinateoperationalactivitieswithinandacrossotherfunctionsinshifts.
  Takechargeandhandoverchargefrompreviousandtosucceedingshiftinanorderly
  manner.
  Ensurecompletenessofalldocuments/recordsincludingabnormaloccurrences.
