Sarvodaya Hospital in Greater Noida invites applications for OPD Billing & Admissions. The role covers new registrations, UHID creation, counseling on chargeability, and billing investigations, with daily report generation and cash handling.

Candidate should have 2–4 years of experience in OPD billing and admissions, be flexible for day/night shifts, and have hospital experience. The hospital site is in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Qualificações

• Graduate with at least 2 to 4 years of experience in OPD Billing & Admissions.

Responsabilidades

• New registration and UHID creation, counseling for chargeability, and billing investigations.
• Coordinate scheduling of doctors' appointments and daily report generation.
• Handle cash collection and refunds with proper signing.
• Inform patients about precautions and package-related information.
• F/O registers patients and issues UHID to patients and coordinators.

Role & responsibilities

• New Registration or create UHID ,counseling for chargeability, Billing Investigation Scheduling Medical Record Generation, Doctors Appointment, Daily Report Generation, Cash handling Telephonic Appointments, Maintenance of reports/Records, Cross functional team co-ordination
• Issue Calling Code to the pt. attendants so that they can call outside from the hospital.
• Counseling and Admissions (including Upgraded Surgeries)
• Scheduling of appointments is done by telephone, email at OPD counter.
• F/O registers the patient and UHID is given to the patient, coordinators.
• Informing Clients about precautions and other information related to their Packages.
• Cash Collection / Refunded amount to the patient in cash need to be signed

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with atleast 2 to 4 years of experience in OPD Billing & Admissions.

Hospital Experience is mandatory. Candidate should be flexible for rotational shifts. ( Day and Night)
