Responsibilities

• People Management: Must have prior experience as a Technical/Engineering Manager, leading a team of 10–15 members with end-to-end delivery ownership.
• Strong .NET Technical Depth: Solid .NET background with the ability to review code, guide engineers, and participate in technical discussions.
• Architecture & System Design: Should be capable of designing systems, evaluating technical options, and explaining architecture decisions and trade-offs.
• Planning & Execution: Must be able to create technical/program plans, manage dependencies, identify risks, and define appropriate mitigations.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to gather requirements, communicate technical challenges in business terms, manage expectations, and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Overall Ownership: Should combine people leadership, technical leadership, and delivery management rather than being purely a Project Manager or individual contributor.
