Job summary

Cipla in India is seeking Trainee (Freshers) / Junior Operator for OSD, Sterile, FFS, MDI and Topical Manufacturing and Packing departments.

Candidates will work with granulation, compression, coating, packing and aseptic processing under supervision; freshers are welcome. Walk-in drive details and documents required: resume, certificates, PAN/Aadhaar, photo, and regulatory-ready candidates with relevant diplomas.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Pharmacy, B.Sc., or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Freshers welcome; 0–4 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.
• Candidates should have relevant diploma for Trainee role to be eligible for walk-in drive.

Responsibilities

• Operate pharmaceutical manufacturing and packing equipment such as granulation, compression, coating, and packing.
• Support aseptic processing, FFS, and MDI operations as required.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements (USFDA, MHRA, EU-GMP) and company safety standards.

Job Description:

We are looking for competent candidates with exposure to operating pharmaceutical manufacturing and packing equipment such as Granulation, Compression, Coating, Packing, Aseptic Processing, FFS, and MDI manufacturing and packing operations.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma in Pharmacy, B.Sc., or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.

Experience:

0 to 4 Years

Note:

Freshers applying for the Trainee position must possess a Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation Engineering. Only such candidates will be eligible to attend the walk-in drive.
