Cipla in Goa requires a packaging technician to operate blister packing lines with focus on efficiency and quality. You will perform line changeovers, adjust equipment for different products, and promptly address any issues to minimize downtime.

Role requires strict adherence to GMP, GDP and safety protocols, along with accurate documentation and coordination with QA, production and engineering teams. Willingness to work in shifts is essential.

Competenze

• Experience operating blister packing lines in pharma or FMCG settings.
• Ability to set up, changeover, and adjust machines for different products.
• Basic troubleshooting of machine breakdowns and quick problem solving.
• Knowledge of packing materials (PVC, Alu-Alu, Foil) and packaging specs.
• Online inspection and defect identification during production.
