Training will be provided, with responsibilities spanning SOP adherence, instrument calibration, packaging, housekeeping, equipment cleaning, process monitoring, QC sampling, and overall production targets.

Responsibilities

• Adherence to standard operating procedure.
• Calibration of weighing instruments in Production area.
• Monitoring and control of specific Critical control operations.
• Responsible for dispensing, packing and storage of packing material.
• To monitor Housekeeping and update the checklists.
• To perform Equipment cleaning
• Achieving the production targets.
• Responsible for Procurement of the liquid extract and wet cake from extraction blocks.
• Procurement of the packing material and other consumables from stores through the Ma Requisition Slip.
• Maintenance of production equipment in co-ordination with Engineering and mainter department.
• Monitoring of process efficiencies.
• Data Entry in Quality Records.
• Adherence to Good manufacturing practices.
• Responsible for giving Sample Request to QC and Micro test.
• Responsible for collect the QC and Micro results.
• Reporting to non-conformance, adherence and initiation to the Corrective action and preventive a with Quality Assurance.
• Maintenance of Drying related documents and Quality records.
• Traceability from dried product to wet materials.
• Adherence to Environmental health safety and pollution control.
