Job summary

• Strong technical background with 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or Senior Technical Manager.
• Experience owning end-to-end delivery across multiple client engagements.
• Experience managing delivery P&L, including margins, utilization, and revenue recognition.
• Ability to define and implement delivery frameworks, governance models, Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices.
• Experience establishing and monitoring delivery KPIs, including on-time delivery, defect density, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and resource utilization.
• Proven experience leading, mentoring, and scaling delivery teams with 15+ direct reports, including Project Managers, Technical Leads, QA Engineers, and Business Analysts.
• Experience building succession plans and driving continuous capability development.
• Strong client-facing experience managing executive stakeholders, project escalations, steering committee meetings, and delivery reviews.
• Ability to build and maintain C-level client relationships and support pre-sales and due diligence activities.
• Experience providing architectural guidance and conducting technical quality audits and health checks.
• Strong understanding of modern technologies, including Cloud, Microservices, AI/ML, and Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
• Experience identifying, assessing, and mitigating delivery risks, including scope, timelines, and resource management.
• Strong understanding of security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance, including ISO, GDPR, and SOC 2.
• Expertise in at least two of the following technology areas
• :Full Stack: .NET Core, Angular/React, Node.js, Java/Spring Boot, Python/Django.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction (NPS/CSAT) and build long-term client relationships.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, decision-making, and team leadership capabilities.
• Ability to lead digital transformation initiatives while driving delivery excellence across multiple enterprise projects.
