Tech Mahindra is hiring for international Chat Process-Inbound Chats at Pune location.

Role includes resolving billing issues, answering billing questions, and managing international inbound chats with a focus on exceptional service. You will listen to customer needs, document interactions in CRM, and collaborate with teams to resolve complex issues.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process with inbound calls.
