Job summary

Emblaze Hiring Solutions is seeking candidates for a Customer Support executive role based in Pune for international clients. You will handle inbound and outbound chats and calls, understand queries, and deliver accurate resolutions with a professional demeanor.

Freshers with excellent English are welcome. The role requires comfortable 24/7 rotational shifts, basic computer skills, and the ability to work across multiple applications while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility

• Candidates with prior international BPO/customer service experience will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and active listening skills.
• Comfortable working in 247 rotational shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on multiple applications.
• Candidates should be customer-focused, confident, and professional.

Compensation & Benefits

• Freshers: Up to 3.50 LPA, depending on the process.
