Indian Gem & Jewellery Creation in Kolkata region seeks a Sales Executive to help drive jewellery sales, assist customers, and manage displays. You will guide buyers through the selection process, quote values, and coordinate flexible payment options while meeting sales targets.

The ideal candidate has deep jewellery knowledge (gold, diamonds, precious stones), excellent Hindi/English/Bengali communication, and a proactive, organized approach with strong negotiation skills.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field.

Roles & responsibilities

• Arranging displays of jewellery in the shop
• Discussing what the customer wants and choosing suitable items
• Arranging different methods of payment: cash, credit and debit cards or by installments
• Examining pieces of jewellery and quoting a value
• Working to meet a set sales target
• Passionate and enthusiastic fashion expert with an outstanding work ethic
• Sell Products by establishing contacts & developing relationships with the clients.
• Give knowledge & correct guidance to customers while they are making their purchase
• Maintain safety of jewelry displayed to customers.

Requirement:

• Excellent communication in Hindi, English, Bengali language.
• Display initiative.
• Time bound and organized.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Must at least have 2 years experience on the same field.
