Job summary

SMFG INDIA CREDIT COMPANY is seeking a collections professional to handle NPA account resolution at the branch and drive monthly targets. You will manage GWO, trace skipped or migrated customers, and address inquiries while guiding customers on timely payments and credit-score implications.

Fresher or with up to 6 months experience is acceptable; any degree is eligible. You will issue receipts, maintain customer trails in the system, and verify high-value account contacts to ensure accurate

Qualifications

• 6 months experience or fresher, any degree required.
• Experience in collections or debt recovery is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Resolve collections for NPA accounts at the branch to meet monthly targets.
• Control branch GWO and continuously improve monthly collections.
• Trace skip/migrated customers and update status.

• Controlling the branch GWO and improvising the collection month on month

Tracing of skip /migrated customers

• Addressing customer queries
• Educating customer about payment on time, Importance of Credit score and servicing of loan

• Receipt issuance and management
• Customer trail updating on system
• Contact point validation of high value accounts
