Job summary

PI Credit Services is seeking a results-driven Collection Associate in Ahmedabad to manage customer repayment follow-ups across pre-due, due, and overdue accounts. You will work toward timely collections and achieving the defined collection targets while maintaining professionalism with customers.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of collections experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet targets. Graduation is preferred.
