Job summary

SRR Projects Private Limited in Telangana seeks a Civil Site Engineer to oversee daily construction activities, reading drawings and supervising RCC, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering and finishing work on site.

You will coordinate with project managers, consultants and subcontractors; monitor labour productivity and material usage; ensure safety and quality; and prepare daily progress reports to track execution against timelines and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily civil construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Supervise RCC works, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, and finishing activities.
• Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams.
• Monitor labour productivity, material consumption, and construction progress.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at the site.
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure the availability of construction materials.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update project execution status.
• Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.
• Ensure work is completed within the planned timelines and approved specifications.
• Check reinforcement, shuttering, and concrete works before and during execution.
• Coordinate with the billing and quantity surveying teams for measurements and work progress verification.
