Responsibility:

• Bill Preparation & Certification: Prepare and process contractor and subcontractor RA bills, advance payments, and final bills.


• Measurement & Verification: Take physical measurements on‑site or verify measurements recorded by site engineers against approved structural drawings.


• BOQ & Drawings Study: Study the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and extract exact quantities from architectural and structural drawings.


• Rate Analysis & Extra Items: Identify, analyze, and price non-BOQ or extra/variation items in coordination with project managers.


• Material Reconciliation: Prepare monthly material reconciliation statements by comparing actual consumption with theoretical standards.


• Bar Bending Schedule (BBS): Prepare and certify BBS for steel reinforcement used in high‑rise columns, beams, and slabs.
