Environment is too good for working purpose. Owners are very down to earth, where they give lots of respect and treat me like a family.

Dislikes

There is no proper management by our company HOD of respected Department's. Everything in hiding from owner about lower position employees problem. No Justice, No Solution, etc... many employees are leaving the company but no one border to stop them or knowing the actual reason for leaving, which bad remark on our company name. Many thinks are there can't explain in one word.
