Job summary

Merchant Agri Global Pvt.Ltd. in Indore seeks an accounts professional to manage invoicing, billing and financial entries. You will prepare sales invoices, credit/debit notes, proforma invoices, and e-way bills with accuracy and timeliness.

You will verify customer invoices against POs, make journal entries for billing transactions, and process entries in Tally ERP9. You will also generate reports on outstanding payments to keep cash flow healthy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales invoices, credit notes, debit notes, proforma invoices, and e-way bills accurately and timely.
• Verify invoices received from customers against purchase orders (PO) to ensure accuracy.
• Make journal entries for all financial transactions related to billing.
