Job summary

Zast Logisolution in Bengaluru is looking for a candidate to take charge of billing responsibilities, ensuring timely completion and submission of customer invoices. You will prepare monthly revenue MIS and monitor collections closely.

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure timely completion of customer billing as per contracts
• Ensuring submission of bills to customers along with all supporting documents within the time limits specified by the customers
• Monthly preparation of revenue MIS of customers and keeping close eyes on revenue realization
• Review of documentation as per audit guidelines - Assisting in yearend audit , internal audit and MIS preparations
• Leading the billing function
• Leading the review mechanism of receivables and monitoring collections from customers - Respond to customer queries and resolve any discrepancy in a timely manner
• Candidate should be aware of aspects of GST and TDS
