Job summary

Hello Verify India is seeking a detail-oriented Background Verification Executive to manage end-to-end employment, education, address, identity and reference verification processes while ensuring quality, compliance, and client SLAs.

You will coordinate with candidates, employers, educational institutions and vendors, validate documents, maintain records, and ensure timely case closures with a strong focus on confidentiality and data privacy.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline with good command of written English.
• Experience in background verification, KYC, or operations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end background verification as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates, employers, institutions, and vendors.
• Validate documents and maintain accurate records in internal systems.
• Ensure SLA adherence and timely case closures.
