Job summary

Jobixo in Gurugram is seeking an architectural designer to develop concept layouts, test-fits, and space planning solutions based on client and project requirements. The role involves creating detailed 2D/3D drawings with AutoCAD and related software, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of all design documents, and coordinating basic MEP layouts with architectural plans.

You will ensure drawings comply with standards and specifications, collaborate with project, procurement and execution

Qualifications

• Prepare concept layouts, test-fits and space planning solutions based on client/project requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure design intent is maintained across drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop concept layouts, test-fits, and space planning solutions based on client and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed 2D/3D architectural drawings and working layouts using AutoCAD and related software.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all design drawings and project documentation.
• Design and coordinate basic MEP layouts for small projects with proper integration into architectural plans.
• Ensure all architectural and MEP drawings comply with technical standards, project specifications, and regulations.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and execution teams to ensure smooth design implementation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor execution quality and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings.
• Resolve design and execution-related technical issues during project execution stages.
• Upload and maintain finalized drawings, revisions, and documentation in R-Dash.
• Track project design progress and provide regular updates/reports to management and stakeholders.
