Job summary

Sambhav Group in Mumbai seeks a Senior Architect to develop and coordinate architectural designs for high-rise residential and redevelopment projects. You will prepare and review working drawings and coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior and other consultants to ensure the design intent is accurately executed.

You will review drawings, resolve design-related issues during project execution, ensure regulatory compliance, and monitor design changes with proper documentation.

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of professional experience in architecture.
• Strong experience in high-rise residential projects is preferred.
• Experience in redevelopment projects will be an advantage.
• Candidates with South Mumbai project experience will be preferred.
• Experience coordinating with multiple consultants and project teams.
• Exposure to large-scale residential/mixed-use developments will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor design changes and ensure proper documentation and communication to relevant stakeholders.
• Assist in resolving technical and architectural issues during construction.
• Maintain coordination between design, consultant and execution teams.
