Tradepure Stock Broking Private Limited in Mumbai invites applications for an Accounts Executive. The role requires detail-oriented individuals to manage daily accounting operations and ensure regulatory compliance across NSE, BSE and MSEI.

Responsibilities include exchange settlements, bank reconciliations, ledger maintenance, and assisting in monthly closures and audits. Freshers may apply; prior exposure to SEBI norms, GST, TDS and STT is beneficial.

Formación

Tradepure Stock Broking Private Limited -MumbaI base is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced and Fresher Accounts Executive to join our finance team. In this role, you will manage daily accounting operations and financial compliance across our operations as a member of NSE, BSE, and MSEI. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of stock broking operations, exchange settlements, margin reporting, and SEBI compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Exchange & Client Settlements:
  • Handle daily trade settlements, pay-ins, and pay-outs across NSE, BSE, and MSEI platforms.
  • Reconcile clearing member accounts and manage exchange margin requirements daily.
• Fund & Bank Management:
  • Perform daily reconciliation of Client Bank Accounts, Proprietary Bank Accounts, and Exchange Settlement Accounts.
  • Monitor client fund usage to ensure strict adherence to SEBI's Enhanced Supervision and fund segregation norms.
• Compliance & Regulatory Reporting:
  • Prepare and file weekly/monthly client holding statements, margin reporting, and periodic exchange submissions.
  • Ensure timely payment and filing of GST, TDS, and STT, Stamp Duty relevant to broking operations.
• Core Accounting:
  • Maintain the general ledger, process journal entries, and manage corporate accounts payable/receivable.
  • Assist the senior management team in finalizing monthly trial balances and annual financial statements.
• Audit Coordination:
  • Prepare data and documentation for Exchange Inspections, Internal Audits, Concurrent Audits, and Statutory Audits.
