Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our Stock Broking Operations team as Business Process Associates. The role involves supporting day‑to‑day brokerage operations, client onboarding, trade processing, and regulatory compliance activities. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in capital markets and financial services operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day stock broking operations and trade processing
• Assist in client onboarding, KYC verification, and documentation
• Handle basic client queries and operational requests
• Perform data feeding, validation, and MIS reporting using MS Excel
• Support trade, fund, and securities reconciliation activities
• Ensure compliance with SEBI, exchange, and internal processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues
• Follow SOPs and SLA timelines in a process‑driven environment

Required Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BAF / B.Sc)
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting
• Basic understanding of financial and banking topics
• Willing to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to draft clear emails and documentation
• Confidence in communicating with internal teams and clients
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and work in a process‑driven, regulated environment
• Good time management and ability to handle multiple tasks
