Job summary

Flattrade Broking Private Limited is seeking a fresh Business Process Analyst to support stock broking operations, client onboarding, trade processing, and regulatory compliance. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to build a foundation in capital markets and financial services operations.

You will assist in KYC verification, documentation, and client queries while performing data feeding and MIS reporting using MS Excel. Night shifts may be required in a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BAF / B.Sc)
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Willing to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts)
• Willingness to learn and work in a process-driven, regulated environment

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day stock broking operations and trade processing
