Job summary

Sameeksha Capital Private Limited is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our Finance & Accounts Department in Ahmedabad. The role involves day-to-day bookkeeping, fund-level accounting for AIF and PMS, bank reconciliations, and supporting GST, TDS, ROC filings.

You will coordinate with auditors and maintain investor-level records, with a focus on accuracy, timely reporting and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Must have academic background in commerce or accounting and willingness to learn.
• Experience with fund accounting or AIF/PMS structures is a plus.
• Proficient with Zoho Books and MS Excel.

• Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Executive to join our growing Finance & Accounts Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting entries
• Assisting in fund-level accounting for AIF and PMS structures
• Bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and ledger maintenance
• Supporting statutory and regulatory filings (GST, TDS, ROC)
• Coordinating with auditors and compliance teams during audits
• Maintaining investor-level records and fee calculations

Desired Candidate Profile

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification
• Basic understanding of fund accounting or AIF/PMS structures will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in Zoho Books
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Interest in financial services and investment management
