Job summary

DD Cotton in Mumbai is seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and compliance tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will handle Tally Prime, MIS reports, bank reconciliations and tax compliance with 6–12 years of experience and a B.Com degree.

Office timing is 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, two Saturdays off per month, and the CTC is up to 5.5 LPA. Prior experience in commodity trading is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Must have B.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Experience with Tally Prime and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot).
• Strong GST and TDS knowledge with tax compliance.
• Experience in banking transactions and reconciliations; commodity trading experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and entries in Tally Prime.
• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports.
• Manage bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny.
• Handle GST and TDS returns and related compliance.
• Assist in finalization of accounts in coordination with the CA.
• Manage taxation and accounting for multi-state trading operations.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Weekly Off: 2nd & 4th Saturdays off

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills:

• Experience in commodity trading or a CA firm will be an added advantage.
