The role focuses on maintaining financial integrity, regulatory compliance, and end-to-end accounting in a fast-paced securities environment. You will manage the general ledger, reconciliations, tax filings, audits, and MIS reporting, ensuring timely closes.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of solid experience in Core Accounting.
• Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is required.
• Mandatory experience within a Stock Broking firm.
• High proficiency in Tally and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work under tight regulatory deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the general ledger, daily book-keeping, and finalization of accounts.
• Oversee bank, exchange, and client-level reconciliations for broking operations.
• Handle GST, TDS, and Advance Tax filings; ensure SEBI/Exchange reporting accuracy.
• Lead preparation for statutory, internal, and concurrent audits.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and cash flow statements for management.
