Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to provide excellent Food & Beverage service in our hotel. You will serve guests in the assigned Place of Work with courteous, professional and flexible service to maximize guest satisfaction.

Ideally you have a hospitality or tourism-related qualification and at least 2 years of hotel operations experience, along with strong customer service and interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel operations.
• Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
