Job summary

CRISIL is seeking a Transformation specialist to drive VoC transformation goals, overseeing technology solutions, data analytics, and data quality frameworks. You will collaborate with the VoC Transformation lead and various teams to deliver AI-enabled outcomes and monitor KPIs with business stakeholders.

The role requires 8+ years of data analysis/BI experience, strong PM skills, and a strategic mindset for implementing innovative data-driven strategies. Mumbai-based position with global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in data analysis, market research, BI or PM.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and ability to manage multiple projects.

Job description

Transformation specialist will be a critical contributor to the success of VoC Transformation goals. The incumbent will work with the VoC Transformation lead in delivering outcomes in the areas of Technology solutions, data analytics along with lending oversight in implementing and managing data quality framework.

Principal Accountabilities:

• Lead VoC Operation’s digital transformation roadmap in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.
• Deliver agreed outcomes with effective co-ordination with CRISIL Gen AI, Technology and CSG teams
• Monitor and control project performance, adjusting as needed to stay on track.
• Facilitate cross-functional efforts to implement AI and big data projects that address operational needs and enhance data-driven decision-making.
• Support in defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) with business stakeholders to evaluate the impact of AI and transformation initiatives.
• Evaluate emerging technology trends and assess their potential impact on business processes and stakeholder and client experiences.
• Implementation and oversight of VoC Interview quality assessment initiative
• Lend oversight over regular quality reviews and audits to maintain high interview data standards

Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degrees in finance, accounting, business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience with financial acumen, strong business orientation, and strategic mindset. MBA or master’s degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in data analysis, market research, business intelligence or project management
• Exhibit exceptional project management capabilities, coordinating with various organizational teams and meeting deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously to support fundraising activities.
