Job summary

Genpact is seeking a senior leader to drive continuous improvement and transformation across strategic accounts in Bengaluru. You will partner with COO/Portfolio Owner, align with operations, and deliver high-impact productivity, risk reduction, and value creation through Lean and digital initiatives.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, strong communication with senior stakeholders, and a track record of delivering measurable improvements in complex, matrixed environments.

Qualifications

• Post Graduation from top institutes or equivalent.
• Meaningful work experience in core Finance proficiencies (FP&A, Commercial & Operational Finance, Accounting Close, Risk).
• Senior leadership experience in digital transformation, Lean Six Sigma, or process consulting with delivery impact.
• Global exposure with digital projects: Robotics, AI, automation.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drive Continuous Improvement, productivity improvements, and bad bench reduction in named accounts.
• Program manage Digital Twin deployment in prioritized accounts.
• Prioritize resources to stabilize mega wins and de-risk operations.
• Orchestrate governance and transformation to balance short-term gains and long-term value.
• Own prioritized transformation initiatives with Business, Service Line, and Regional leadership.

Job description

• Align with COO/Sr. GOL / Portfolio Owner to create the continuous improvement (CI) agenda and deliver on it
• Partner with ops to identify and deliver Value-Share and Revenue Assurance opportunities
• Thorough Continuous Improvement, delivery on committed productivity, productivity improvement in TBP accounts and Bad Bench reduction in named accounts
• Program manage Digital Twin deployment in prioritized accounts in the vertical
• Prioritize resource alignment to stabilize mega wins
• De-risk operations through Risk Control and Best Practice framework
• Orchestrate operational excellence, governance, and transformation rigor to optimize short-term improvement and long-term value creation.
• Hold self and organization accountable to deliver on Genpact client commitment.
• Own agreed and prioritized transformation initiatives by collaborating with Business, Service Line, Regional LDT leadership.

• Excellent communication and influencing skills. Communicate to senior leaders in simple terms, to drive resolution & decisions
• Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking & leadership with strong abilities in relationship management, flexibility/ adaptability, and accountability to targeted productivity/ outcome
• Qualifications & demonstrated experience for leading ‘Lean’ projects or application of 6Sigma methodologies with quantifiable efficiency and quality improvements is a plus
• Proven track record of driving transformation in client operations
