Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

Define and execute the companys long-term technology roadmap, aligned with business goals and market trends.

Lead digital transformation initiatives to modernize and optimize supply chain processes, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with executive leadership to identify technology-driven opportunities for growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage.

Technology Development & Innovation:

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable technology platforms, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS).

Evaluate emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, blockchain, and robotics for integration into the supply chain to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging teams to explore new approaches and solutions to industry challenges.

Team Leadership & Development:

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing technology team, including software engineers, data scientists, and IT professionals.

Establish a collaborative work environment that promotes accountability, creativity, and continuous learning.

Develop talent pipelines to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of technological advancements.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure the robustness, security, and scalability of all technology systems and infrastructure.

Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the performance and impact of technology initiatives on the business.

Maintain compliance with industry regulations, cybersecurity standards, and data privacy requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Serve as the key technology advisor to internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors.

Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, actionable manner to non-technical audiences.

Foster strong partnerships with vendors, consultants, and other third-party service providers.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Masters degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.

Experience:

• o 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in a senior position (e.g., CTO, VP Technology).
• o Proven expertise in supply chain technology solutions, including ERP, WMS, and TMS.
• o Experience driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Technical Skills:

• o Strong knowledge of cloud computing, data analytics, AI/ML, IoT, and cybersecurity.
• o Hands-on experience with software development methodologies, system architecture, and integration.
• o SQL, OLTP, OLAP, AWS, Waterfall, Agile methodologies etc.

Leadership Skills:

• o Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage large-scale technology projects.
