Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in software engineering and technology leadership.
• Minimum 5+ years in a VP, Director, Head of Technology, or Engineering Leadership role.
• Experience managing engineering teams of 100+ professionals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and strategic decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company's technology strategy and engineering roadmap.
• Lead Engineering Managers, Architects, and Technical Leads across multiple business units.
• Drive adoption of AI/ML, Generative AI, Cloud Computing, Microservices, Kubernetes, and DevOps.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions for global clients.
• Establish engineering best practices, architecture governance, and code quality standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Product, and Executive Leadership on strategic initiatives.
• Mentor senior engineering leaders and build high-performing technology teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and automation.
