Job summary

Crescendo Global Leadership Hiring India is seeking a Vice President – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations to lead the complete HR function for a large GCC environment in Chennai. The role requires 15–18 years of senior HR leadership experience across HR strategy, talent acquisition, C&B, employee relations, HR operations, compliance and transformation.

Qualifications

• 15–18 years of progressive HR experience with strong senior leadership exposure.
• Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related discipline.
• Proven experience across Talent Acquisition, C&B, HR Strategy, Compliance, HR Operations, and Employee Relations.

4. Experience managing large HR teams within a GCC, shared services, BFSI, technology, or multinational environment.
5. Strong experience in workforce planning, HR transformation, organizational development, and people governance.
6. Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, business partnering, and people leadership skills.
