Job summary

Transformation Forge in India seeks a Vice President – Projects to spearhead end-to-end execution of a Greenfield Quartz Grit Plant (QGP) from concept to commissioning and commercial production. This is a leadership mandate.

You will oversee project planning, budgeting, risk management, and EPC contractor coordination with emphasis on RMHS and mineral processing exposure. Strong Primavera P6, SAP PM, and ERP proficiency required.

Qualifications

Proven track record delivering greenfield projects from concept to commissioning.
Strong RMHS/mineral processing exposure.
Experience managing large CAPEX projects with EPC contractors.
Leadership and stakeholder management at executive level.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of a greenfield Quartz Grit Plant from concept to commercial production.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management.
Coordinate with EPC contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to meet milestones.
Ensure alignment with HSE, quality, and regulatory standards.
