Job summary

Runwal Group in Mumbai seeks AVP/VP (Projects) to lead end-to-end execution of large-scale residential and commercial township projects. The role focuses on delivering on time, within budget, and meeting quality and safety standards.

You will develop execution strategies, schedules, and resource plans while coordinating with Design, Planning, Contracts, Purchase, Finance, Sales, CRM, Legal, Liaison, and Marketing teams. A strong background in project management and leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 20-30 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
• Proven experience in executing large-scale Residential and Commercial projects from inception to handover.
• Strong exposure to project planning, execution, cost control, quality, contracts, stakeholder management, and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of residential and commercial,Township real estate projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards.
• Develop project execution strategies, construction schedules, and resource plans.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, cash flow, and key milestones.
• Coordinate with Design, Planning, Contracts, Purchase, Finance, Sales, CRM, Legal, Liaison, and Marketing teams.
• Manage consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution.
• Review project risks, resolve critical issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct project review meetings and present progress updates to senior management and promoters.
• Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, company policies, and industry standards.
• Drive productivity, cost optimization, value engineering, and continuous process improvement.

Education

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

M.Tech / NICMAR / PMP or equivalent qualification in Construction or Project Management
