Job summary

BimaKavach Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd. seeks a seasoned VP - Non-EB Claims to lead and optimize the Pan-India Non-EB Claims function. You will oversee end-to-end claims operations, drive settlements, and manage complex claims while partnering with insurers, surveyors, and clients.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Non-EB claims and a proven track record of building and guiding large teams across India, ensuring compliance and process excellence in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in leading Pan-India teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Pan-India Non-EB Claims team, ensuring effective performance and service delivery.
• Oversee the complete claims lifecycle, including evaluation, documentation, assessment, negotiation, and settlement.
• Handle complex, high-value, and escalated claims while ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers, surveyors, clients, and other key stakeholders.
• Drive adherence to policy terms, regulatory requirements, and internal claims processes.
• Establish and improve claims processes, SOPs, service standards, and governance mechanisms.
• Monitor claims performance, TATs, ageing, settlements, escalations, and other key metrics.
• Identify opportunities to improve claims efficiency, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.
• Mentor and develop claims leaders and teams across locations.
• Prepare and present claims reports, insights, and performance updates to senior management.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic VP - Non-EB Claims to lead and manage our Pan-India Non-EB Claims function. The role involves overseeing end-to-end claims operations, driving efficient claim settlements, managing complex claims, and building strong relationships with insurers, surveyors, and clients. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in Non-EB claims and a proven track record of leading and managing teams across India.

Qualifications
