Intellectual Capital HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd. seeks a Vice President of Business Development to lead client acquisition and AUM growth. The role is based out of Mumbai, Delhi, or Pune, focusing on high-net-worth clients, family offices, corporates, and institutions.

Candidates should have 10+ years in wealth/asset management sales and a proven track record with HNI/UHNI clients, coupled with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in BD/Client Acquisition/Relationship Management.
• Strong exposure to Wealth Management, Asset Management, PMS, or Financial Services.
• Proven track record of acquiring HNI/UHNI/family office clients.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive new client acquisition through networking, referrals, and market outreach.
• Build relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, family offices, corporates, and institutions.
• Create proposals/presentations for prospective investors.
• Represent the firm at client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
• Expand the overall AUM/client base for the firm.

• Creating proposals/presentations for prospective investors
• Representing the firm at client meetings, conferences, and industry events
• Expanding the overall AUM/client base for the firm
