Job summary

Symmetrical Global Search Pvt Ltd seeks Relationship Manager PMS Acquisition to drive PMS acquisition for HNI clients in a pure consultative sales role. You will manage the journey from qualified lead to investment and onboarding, with responsibilities spanning discovery, portfolio review, PMS strategy presentation, and end-to-end onboarding.

The role requires strong CRM discipline and ability to close high-value deals while adhering to SEBI and internal compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• MBA / M.Com / Post Graduate in Finance preferred.
• 36 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, broking, investment products or high-ticket B2C consultative sales.
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery meetings with HNI prospects to understand goals, risk profile, portfolio and investment needs.
• Review existing portfolios and identify gaps, concentration risks and opportunities.
• Present suitable PMS strategies and clearly explain returns, risks, liquidity, taxation and fees.
• Own the complete sales cycle follow-ups, client/family discussions, objection handling and closure.
• Drive onboarding including KYC, documentation, funding and first transaction.
• Maintain strong CRM discipline and ensure a smooth handover to the servicing RM team.
• Follow all applicable SEBI and internal compliance guidelines.

About the Role

• Proven track record of closing high-value deals with measurable numbers.
• Strong discovery, communication, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Confident in engaging with HNI clients and managing consultative sales conversations.
• Strong understanding of Indian equity, debt, mutual funds and investment products.
• Highly organised with disciplined follow-ups and CRM hygiene.

Good to have: PMS/AIF exposure, NISM certifications and an existing HNI network.
