• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve customer queries.

Eligibility

• Graduate (Mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years of Customer Service experience.
• International Voice Process experience is preferred.
• Banking/BFSI experience is preferred; candidates from other international voice processes are also welcome.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Hindi & English proficiency is mandatory.
• Comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts.
