Machintra Tech Pvt Ltd in Tamil Nadu is seeking an experienced CAM Programmer to join our precision machining and mold manufacturing team. You will create and optimize CNC programs, develop toolpaths for molds and complex parts, and ensure manufacturability by reviewing drawings and models.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in CAM programming, strong Cimtron skills, and a disciplined approach to documentation, tools, and speeds.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as a CAM Programmer.
• Proficient with Cimtron CAM software and GD&T.
• Experience in mold base manufacturing or precision machining preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret models.

Responsibilities

• Create, verify, and optimize CNC programs using Cimtron CAM software.

• Review 2D drawings and 3D models to determine machining strategy.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled CAM Programmer with hands‑on experience in Cimtron software to join our precision machining and mold manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating efficient toolpaths, optimizing machining strategies, and supporting production with accurate CNC programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, verify, and optimize CNC programs using Cimtron CAM software.
• Develop toolpaths for mold bases, precision components, and complex 2D/3D machining.
• Review 2D drawings and 3D models to determine machining strategy.
• Coordinate with design, machining, and production teams to ensure manufacturability.
• Select appropriate tools, feeds, and speeds for different materials (steel, aluminum, etc.).
• Troubleshoot machining issues and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain program documentation and ensure process standardization.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3-5+ years of experience as a CAM Programmer.
• Strong proficiency in Cimtron software (mandatory).
• Experience in mold base manufacturing or precision machining preferred.
• Good understanding of CNC milling, drilling, and finishing operations.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
