Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of VMC programming.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens & Mitsubishi CNC Controls.
• Experience operating DMG Mori & Jyoti VMC machines.
• Working knowledge of Delcam CAM software.
• Ability to understand engineering drawing & GD&T.
• Knowledge of machine setup, tool offsets, work offsets & program prove out.
• Ability to troubleshoot machining issues & optimise cycle time.
• Ensure dimensional accuracy, surface finish & quality standards.
• An experienced VM,C Programmer with strong CAM programming & machining knowledge.
