Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of VMC/HMC machine setup and programming.
• Hands-on experience in CNC, VMC, and HMC machine setup and tool setting.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret machining requirements.
• Experience in first-piece inspection and dimensional correction.
• Ability to troubleshoot machines and implement corrective actions to reduce cycle time.

• Hands-on experience in CNC / VMC / HMC machine setup, tool setting, work offset and fixture setting.
• Ability to create, edit, prove out and optimise CNC / VMC / HMC programs.
• Proficiency in engineering drawing reading and understanding machining requirements.
• Experience in first-piece inspection, dimensional correction and program/offset adjustments.
• Knowledge of layout inspection, tool handling and machining process requirements.
• Basic knowledge of IATF standards and documentation.
• Ability to troubleshoot machines and improve machining processes to reduce cycle time and rejections.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills in CNC / VMC / HMC machining operations.
• Good understanding of engineering drawings and dimensional inspection.
