Job summary

Hyvision System is seeking a VMC Operator to operate and monitor VMC machines on the shop floor. You will load/unload parts, follow CNC programs, and perform tool setting in a busy manufacturing environment.

The role requires 6 months to 2 years of VMC operating experience, basic CNC knowledge, and the ability to read engineering drawings. Shift work is expected to meet production targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of VMC operating experience.
• Basic knowledge of CNC machining operations.
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
• Basic knowledge of measuring instruments.
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate VMC machines as per production requirements.
• Load and unload components safely.
• Follow CNC programs and machining instructions.
• Perform basic tool setting and tool changing.
• Check component dimensions using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
• Follow production targets and maintain quality standards.
• Maintain machine cleanliness and 5S on the shop floor.
• Report machine abnormalities and quality issues to the supervisor.
