Job summary

Accenture PLC seeks a Visual Design Specialist in Bengaluru to drive UX/UI visual design and motion design for learning products. As a SME, you will guide visual solutions, partnering with client teams and project managers to meet design goals.

You will lead UX UI interaction design, usability, and accessibility; oversee motion design using Cinema 4D, Blender and Unreal, and collaborate with Instructional Designers and Tech teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, Multimedia, Animation, or related field; UX/Interaction design certification is a plus.
• 7 to 11 years of experience in design roles, preferably in learning or media productions.
• Strong knowledge of UX UI, accessibility, and responsive design.

Responsibilities

• Define design standards and processes for L&D media.
• Lead UX UI interaction design, learner journeys, and usability for L&D platforms.
• Lead creation of immersive motion design experiences, including 3D AR/VR media.
• Collaborate with Instructional Designers and Tech teams to deliver innovative solutions.
• Stay current with graphic design trends and tools and incorporate them into development processes.
• Work closely with SME and Project manager to draft design strategy.

What would you do?

• The Media & Graphics Specialist drives innovation in either UX UI Visual Design or advanced motion design for learning and training products. They act as a subject matter expert and provide design thought leader. As a Media & Graphics Team Lead, you will work closely with client and project manager to understand the client need and design drive visual solution for training program.

• Advance knowledge of design tool (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Mural)


• Good knowledge of UX UI, accessibility, and responsive design.


• Deep expertise in either UX UI tools (Figma, XD) or Motion 3D tools (Cinema4D, Blender, Unreal).


• Strong understanding of L&D media workflows,


• Knowledge of AI AR VR in learning.


• Excellent communication and leadership skills.


• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
