Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in instructional design, content development, e-learning, digital learning, L&D, or EdTech.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, content structuring, storyboarding, and e-learning development.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate 360/Storyline/Rise, Vyond, Canva, or equivalent content development tools.
• Ability to work effectively with SMEs, faculty, instructional designers, and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail and content quality.

• Conduct content reviews and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, accessibility, and instructional effectiveness.
• Incorporate learner feedback and stakeholder inputs to improve content quality, engagement, and learning outcomes.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple content development assignments and meet defined timelines.
• Exposure to LMS, learning analytics, AI‑enabled learning, gamification, and digital learning technologies is an advantage.
