What would you do?

• The Media & Graphics Specialist drives innovation in either UX UI Visual Design or advanced motion design for learning and training products. They act as a subject matter expert and provide design thought leader. As a Media & Graphics Team Lead, you will work closely with client and project manager to understand the client need and design drive visual solution for training program.
• Talent Development process
• Advance knowledge of design tool (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Mural)
• Good knowledge of UX UI, accessibility, and responsive design.
• Deep expertise in either UX UI tools (Figma, XD) or Motion 3D tools (Cinema4D, Blender, Unreal).
• Strong understanding of L&D media workflows,
• Knowledge of AI AR VR in learning.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
