Job summary

Skillbee is seeking a Visa Officer to manage visa applications, documentation, and candidate coordination throughout the visa process.

The role requires 6 months to 2 years of visa filing experience, knowledge of visa procedures, and strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

You will coordinate with embassies/consulates, verify documents, track applications, and maintain accurate records for timely processing at our Delhi office.

Were looking for a Visa Officer to manage visa applications, documentation, and candidate coordination throughout the visa process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end visa filing and documentation.
• Verify candidate documents as per visa requirements.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities.
• Track applications and provide timely candidate updates.
• Resolve documentation and application-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely processing.

Requirements:

• 6 months – 2 years of experience in visa filing/documentation.
• Knowledge of visa procedures and documentation requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Details:

• Salary: 15,000 – 30,000/month + performance incentives
• Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday – Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturdays off)
• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Location: Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, Delhi
