Job summary

Bizquad Consultants in Bengaluru is seeking a customer-facing AV support specialist to provide technical assistance by phone, email, or chat for audio visual equipment and software issues.

You will troubleshoot Zoom, Teams, and WebEx, document interactions in CRM, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems and ensure smooth integration of AV systems.

Job Requirements :

• Strong knowledge of audio visual technology, including microphones, speakers, and cameras.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting common issues with video conferencing tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and WebEx.
• Experience working in an IT services & consulting environment is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills are required for effective interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
