The Balance Group in Hyderabad seeks a Video Editor + Motion Graphics Designer who can turn raw footage into content people want to watch. You’ll work on short-form social content, brand films, and event videos with strong storytelling, pacing, sound, transitions and motion.

Collaborate across internal brands and clients, adapting to different styles while delivering polished, cinematic results on time.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong command of video editing
• Good understanding of motion graphics
• Ability to edit according to the story, not just the footage
• Strong sense of pacing, composition and visual storytelling
• Understanding of music, sound design and beat-based editing
• Ability to create clean and engaging motion graphics
• Comfortable working with raw footage and taking it from footage → final output
• Ability to work across different visual styles depending on the brand/client
• Good attention to detail and willingness to experiment creatively
• Ability to handle multiple projects and work within deadlines

Tools

You should be comfortable with tools such as:

Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects / DaVinci Resolve / Photoshop / Illustrator

You don't necessarily need to master every tool, but you should be highly proficient in the tools you use.

Experience: 1–2 years / Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply.
